My university was able to get access to adobe's distance learning resources, but the problem is that I created my adobe account a few months ago using my university email (ajm461@rutgers.edu) and I chose to label it a "personal" account instead of a "company" account because I didn't know that's what it consituted as at the time. It wouldn't let me access the free resources I need for pending online distance learning assignments for my design class, so I tried to delete that account and recreate it with the same email and label it correctly as a "company" account so I could properly access what I need to access but after deleting it, when I went to go create another one with that same email address, it said that I still had an account under that email. So then, I tried logging back into that account, but each time I try, it tells me it doesn't exist????? So it doesn't exist when I try to log in but it also won't let me use it again? And now I'm stuck and I just waited two hours for tech support over the phone and was hung up on after ten minutes and I'm sad and also have ten video projects due. Please help.
Hello,
I checked and you have an Organization Federated account not personal. Could you please check the below article and check if that helps.
