Except I signed up for a subscription to "Adobe Creative Cloud ETLA - Pro Edition (Valid Until 7/31/2023 - Subscription". I'm not paying the monthly plan. I should have access, but I cannot open my apps.
I cannot even speak to support, since the chat is for admins only, and I don't know my school admin. I'm working on a project that NEEDS to be uploaded within the next few days, so I need to be given the subscription I have activated (good through 7/31/2023).
Please someone from the Adobe support staff, help me out!

You could also contact the school IT dept to ask around on who handles the Adobe account

You NEED to find the school admin, sadly, because only they have the power to adjust your account. Adobe cannot mess with it. That's if it is an account t issue.
However, if it's a tech issue maybe we can help. You say only "I cannot open my apps". If you'd like our advice on that problem, please tell us your conputer system and show a screen shot of the message you get when trying to open the apps. Don't just say your issue is "the same" as someone else's - quite often actually turns out to be different.
