I can't believe Adobe makes it so hard to canel a plan - or get through to anyone - or start a chat. Quite disgusting, really.
Do you have an enterprise or a teams plan?
The plan can be cancelled during the renewal window, starting a month before the plan's anniversary, by using the admin console. Adobe customer support can be contacted via the admin console: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support. You need to be an administrator to use the admin console.
If you have an individual licence, you can cancel anytime by going to your account and plans: https://account.adobe.com/plan.
