I would like to cancel my plan but not sure why I really can't. When I go to my plans the "cancel plan" option doesn't appear. It looks like I have to contact my administrator but once again I can't, I can't go to the administrator panel either since like I said Im not the admin.
Every FAQ or help that Adobe provide doesn't really help me. At last I tried to contact someone through the chat but its only for admins
I only want to cancel the plan for the summer since I don't need the apps right now.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
