Can't install Creative Cloud Desktop Application with my enterprise proxy filtering

My enterprise uses a proxy to filter internet access, that can run only by typing a login and password in a popup of our web browser.

So, when I click on the installation package, the Adobe CCDA cannot finish the installation because it needs a direct web connection without proxy.

We need a real complete installation package that doesn't need an internet connection.
