Hello,
I really need some help with my. adobe creative cloud desktop app. I can't log in. I have tried everything (delete all the apps linked to the creative cloud, reinstall them several times, change my password, try. new ways of log in ...) and nothing have worked.
When i open my creative cloud desktop app and when i enter my. mail adress + my passoword i have the same message every time : I really need some help because the Adobe softwares are my work tools and without them i can't work...

Hi @Paulin25175427qrre as I can see it's an Adobe account, could you please try to log in on a web browser (I recommend an incognito window) and let me know if you're able to log in?

Hi @Paulin25175427qrre this is related to an IDP (Azure or ADFS) where the user's email is not added to the IDP or the Web SAML app is not assigned to a user.
Could you please let me know how you're trying to sign in? Thanks!

I try to log in directly on the home page of the desktop app Creative Cloud via my Microsoft account, this is the only thing I can do, I have no other options to log in when I open the app.

Hi @Paulin25175427qrre contact your IT admin to help with your Azure issue. The error is coming from Microsoft, not Adobe.

What is the exact issue in Azure?
Do you know of an article that will help resolve this issue?
What can we send to system administrators?
If the same credentials work with other Azure logins - why is Adobe the only one that does not work?

If it’s related to Identity Provider (IDP) settings in Azure, please ask your system admin or IT team to:
Verify SAML Configuration: Ensure the SAML XML Metadata file is correctly imported into Azure AD.
Check User Assignments: Confirm users are assigned to the appropriate product profiles with the necessary entitlements.
