Hi!
Not the best experience tbh, I can't log a ticket because the chat service isn't available and Adobe seems
to have killed off the email support. I love communities but not for specific supportcases.
So that's problem one.
Second problem and why I needed to log a ticket is because when I add "User.1@mydomain.com" via email and enter users first and last name it changes to Users2 name but the email stays as "User.1@mydomain.com"
User2 isn't even setup in Adobe.
Check Azure and there's not a single trace of User2 in the User1 profile
And I can't manually change either.
What do I do?
Just as an update on how I solved this.
The chat wasn't working for me because something in the back end. Had to call Adobe.
Regarding the second issue which what the reason for the post, users had the wrong names compared to their email.
This was because the users had set up Adobe accounts prior to me and paid for the subscriptions with CC's. When adding the user the name of the credit card came up. This is solved by the user logging into account.adobe.com and click "join the team" and then set

did you open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html

I only have start chat and that tells me the service is unavailable. Then I'm out of options unfortunately.
Or well, I have this option of course but it's hard to discuss specific users here. 😁

@Per32234366ctog Are you the main admin for the account? If not, you may not have full access to all the support features.
