Can't sign in to Creative Cloud Desktop application...

Since a week, I can't sign in to my CC desktop application. It opens, I enter my info, and then, I have a loader... Before, when I had the same problem I just reinstall the program, but now I can`t do this. Please help! Creative Cloud.jpg
