I had some previous versions of Adobe applications installed, and can't uninstall them, even with Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, simply they didn't appear listed (All).
In Windows 10> Configuration> Applications & Features, are listed but when I try to uninstall any previous version (2018, 2019), thows an error window:
Specified product is not installes in your machine. Please quit installer and start over
Any idea?
Please, the security departament of my company is urging me to uninstall some of tha applications due to vulnerability problems
P.S.: Watch the attached video maybe helps
Thanks
I would recommend creating an uninstall package using the creative cloud packager which might fix your issue: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/uninstall-creative-cloud-products.html#:~:text=Steps%20to%20create%20an%20Uninstall%20package&text=In%20the%20main%20menu%20screen,Click%20Next
You can check this link if you are facing issues in accessing Creative Cloud Packager: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/ccp-windows-sign-in-issue.html

Adobe Animate CC 2019
Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2019
Adobe Illustrator CC 2019
Adobe Media Encoder CC 2018
Adobe Media Encoder CC 2019
Adobe Photoshop CC 2018

And the same error message on uninstall them, without trace of any in Adobe CC Cleaner Tool.
I've removed the Creative Cloud Ddesktop and all the applications CC 2021, have installed the suite again with the main applications I used (Acrobar DC, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), checked the uninstall old versions on update, and of coursem it didn't take any effect
