Can team manager or contract owner see my work and file? If I don't share file to him ?

Ultimately, an administrator of your Teams subscription can see your cloud data. But it is not that easy, like simply peaking around. If you are in a corporate environment, it's probably easier to log on to your PC and check the data there.

and they're entitled to everything they are paying for.  ie, if they're paying for a subscription to app A, they're entitled to everything you produce with app A unless you have an explicit agreement saying otherwise.
