Can you use Lightroom CC on your desktop and Laptop?

I have Lightroom installed at my desktop but when I go and try to use it on my Laptop it pops up a note saying that I have limited use?

Hi,

Adobe CC license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID but only one at a time.
