Why is it so difficult to cancel your subscription. Someone should report Adobe because this isn't normal. It is made far to difficult so people give up. Utterly ridiculous.

Ok I did this but it doesn't work. The insufferable chatbot just goes round in a loop. It's frankly ridiculous that there isn't a cancel my subscription button. It is done deliberately to dissuade people from cancelling.
