Canceling my free trial

New Here ,

can anyone help me find the proper way to cancel a free trial? I keep getting caught in the admin Console loop and the "manage plan" button does not appear as a suggested by the "support" page. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

you (or someone in your organization) had a teams/enterprise free trial?  or was it an individual trial?

I believe it was an individual free trial. I signed up directly through Adobe, not from a team member or colleague. That said, it's very difficult to know what I have signed up for when I login. I get sent back-and-forth from the admin console to my individual login. If it helps, I am the only user within my profile.

whatever you have should be revealed here, https://account.adobe.com

if that shows an individual subscription contact adobe support*.  if that shows a teams/enterprise subscription, open the support tab on your admin console (per @Abambo ) > start chat or start case or request expert session. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Manage plan is for individual plans. Contact Adobe support via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support)
