Have team Subscription for 4 All apps & 1 Illustrator single app,
ask customer service via live chat say can cancel 1 all apps & 1 single app,
CS as re open chat when subscription left 1~2 days before renewal,
but got delay until Adobe charges the credit card for new term,
now Adobe just cancel whole Team (4 license) & 1 single app license.
live chat missing, support case totally no people reply,
only got email ask resubscription whole team again, reason cant cancel single license, only can cancel whole account license, but at Adobe website state owner(admin) can remove license.
then what about the fees they just charges?
they remove whole billing history, how to proof?
please help, as the designer need use the software for work urgently.
