Cancellation of Creative Cloud for Teams subscription

Hello! I bought the license for a Creative Cloud Teams license. I've found out that it is not the right product for me as I'm a professional working on my own, with no employees. I woul like to change the license into a for individuals one. Is it possible? Or do I have to cancel the license for the Creative Cloud for teams and then subscribe to the licence for Individuals? Thanks.

Good evening,

Actually someone from the staff called me two days before the scheduled appointment (I asked for a call on Friday 4th March), telling me that another member of the staff would call me back on the right day. But in that occasion I explained my problem as well, and he said that within the 14 days from the order, it was possible to cancel the order for Creative Cloud for Teams and buy a new one for Individuals with no charges.

In the scheduled day I received no call, even the day after...

Now 14 days from the order of Creative Cloud for Teams have passed, and I still have received no call. My question is: in case I do the cancellation, do I have to be charged of cancellation fees? And how much would it be?

Looking forward to receiving a reply.
