Somehow I made a mistake in getting on a CCT plan for the entire year. I already had a All Creative apps plan through another account and I don't want to be charged for two memberships/contracts. I would like to see if its possible for an adminstrator to help cancel my CCT plan because there is a no way to do it on my end (no option(s) available). I also want to see if a refund for at least January if not both could be credited because I had a license sitting around not being used for anything, because I had no idea I had subscribed to this thinking their was a biulling mistake with my ongoing plan on my other account.
At the very least I would like to convert it to a single apps plan only and utilize PS as my sole application. I've cancelled my current creative apps plan too. Can I get some help with this please?
