Why can't I download my apps after PAYING for them through my admin? Every time I go to download, I am required to "request access." After that I check with my "admin" and NOTHING. Now he doesn't have access to the apps after being able to see that I did, in fact, request access. Is this a joke? What is going on with your services? We are losing productivity as a result and pay for 2 accounts, which we can't access.
