Cannot access paid apps

Why can't I download my apps after PAYING for them through my admin? Every time I go to download, I am required to "request access." After that I check with my "admin" and NOTHING. Now he doesn't have access to the apps after being able to see that I did, in fact, request access. Is this a joke? What is going on with your services? We are losing productivity as a result and pay for 2 accounts, which we can't access.

Are you on an enterprise plan? The person with access to the Adobe admin console would need to handle this. And you need to post in the correct forum:
