Cannot delete account due to being part of deleted organization

Hi,

I'm attempting to get rid of my accounts and personal information as per GDPR (I have two it seems) and I'm stuck with the first one. I have not really even started with the second.

 

I was able to cancel my subscription with the help of chat support. They also kindly deleted my organization, but it still shows as company name-Deleted-Org as my Organization name. This seems to be preventing me from deleting my account here: https://account.adobe.com/privacy

 

I click "continue", "continue" again. Then it asks me to leave the said company name-Deleted-Org, which I attempt to do by clicking "Leave Organization". I then confirm by checking the checkbox and clicking "Leave Organization". It tells me that I have successfully left the organization and I click "Continue to delete account". This however takes me back to the second "continue" above and I'm stuck in an infinite loop.

 

I cannot ask for chat support anymore as apperently the previous support agents broke my account somehow. The chat box says that my account administrator needs to use the chat, but I am the only user of the account.

 

Please help. I really need to get the data deleted asap and the european privacy legislation ensures it is my right to do so.
