Cannot find specific answers I need before installing adobe creative cloud - conflicting info

Hello,

I have gone through a lot of posts each with conflicting information or information that does not apply, and cannot find the answers I need. Please Help. Adobe Creative Cloud went missing off my computer, I don't know how it got uninstalled because I didn't do it, and I need help reinstalling it. I got a missing or damaged messege or several different ones several times (I do not recall what it/they exactly said) The first time this happened I clicked on the creative cloud Icon to open it and it didn't work. When I tried to repair it by clicking that button on the missing or damaged message pop up, it failed so I tried clicking the other option (I don't recall what that was) and it did not do anything make the icon on the menu bar turn into a broken icon. I have to figure out how to reinstall it but I am afraid I will mess it up.

1. I am currently using Windows 10 on a Dell XPS 17 9700. I am positive I have updated everything except maybe some nvidia drivers and I have no idea how to install those if they need to be. Will uninstalled updates, drivers, etc for other things on my computer effect reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud?

2. Do I need to uninstall all the other Adobe programs on my computer, Photoshop, Premier, etc?

2a. Last year Adobe installed the newest version of each program on my computer so I have the 2021 and 2022 versions on my programs. My Teacher advised me to not uninstall them in case it messes up my work (Which I have already backed up), Is this something that will effect the reinstall? Could it have caused the issue? How do I uninstall these safely?

3. Do I need to delete any files created by Adobe? If so where do I find them? Windows 10 is fantastic at hiding files despite your best efforts at finding them. I thought they were all gone after multiple searches but today I found a Creative Cloud folder that contains a a shortcut called "_Cloud documents" that uses the Creative Cloud Icon and a folder for Audition. So I would not be surprised if there are probably other files, folders, and programs (See next question) floating around that I can't find.

4. Once example of this that I also found today is "Notification Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud" is still on my computer. I don't recall this being installed, I have never even seen it before, It never showed up in any searches. I clicked it, it opened, and unsuprisingly, it doesn't do anything, closing automatically after opening. Do I need to uninstall this?

5. I read one post that said I have to download an uninstaller. What is this? Where do I find this? I clicked the link and could not find the download button.

6. Is there anything else I need to know?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thank you. I followed the instructions and now that it is done I still have a few more questions.

After reading the instructions I chose "all" as I thought this was the best option. I think this may have been a mistake. This apparently removed most of my adobe programs except Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Distiller. Distiller asks me to log in.  Distiller is not showing up anymore on add or remove programs but shows up in search. The reverse is true for Adobe Genuine Service, which shows up in Add and Remove programs but not search.

I am assuming that what is showing up in search is shortcuts. I have posted a photo that shows a message that pops up when I click on them. I have not clicked either the Yes or No options.

In Addition, I looked at the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool Log. It contains many warning notifications at the bottom but I do not understand what they mean.

Should I go ahead and reinstall everything? Run the cleaner again? What should I do?

Thanks.
