cannot use the creative cloud on my second pc

Hi, I'm subscribing to the creative cloud service, which is provided by my school.

 

I can use every applications on my laptop, and there are no problems with it, but when I install the cc on my second pc, I cannot use any of the paid applications even though I log in with my adobe account.

 

How can I solve this problem?

It's just like the status as if I had not purchased the creative cloud. I can only download free apps and not the others.
