Cant download Acrobat 11.0 AOO

How do I claim the registration info that a third party IT company created on our behalf. That cant seem to supply us with it, so we cant download the media.

When customer purchase the volume license product from Adobe they have access to licenses and download link available in different web portal.

Which is http://licensing.adobe.com you need to login with your Adobe id (Email id registered with Adobe) and password.
