cant run Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (CCE managed membership)

Get messsage when tryng to use cleaner tool

 

Couldn't unistall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have creative cloud applications installed on your computer that require it.

 

Not sure how to proceed

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
3. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
4. Close all apps.
5. Restart your computer.
Can you run the CC Cleaner Tool now?
