CC 2015 installation failed

When I try to install, I get the error message "the installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance".

So does Adobe provide this assistance?

Dieters46025592 did you contact your University's Creative Cloud administrator for an updated installation package? 

If you continue to receive installation errors then I would recommend reviewing the install log.  You can find details on how to locate the install log at Creative Cloud download and install errors .  Please post any errors you discover to this discussion.

It depends which application(s) you are asking about.  Adobe no longer provides installation support for their older products.  For their newer products you need to be a subscriber.  Where do you find yourself under those conditions?
