I was updating Adobe apps on a Mac (Catalina) and they were updating fine until I got to Premier Pro which failed with the 125 error. I discovered Premiere Pro tries to update Media Encoder during its own update process and it appears that is what is failing. I tried to update Media Encoder on it's own but it still failed with the same 125 error. I removed it and then tried to reinstall but still same error. Other apps like Photoshop and Dreamweaver updated fine so I think I can connect to their servers okay. Could this be an issue on Adobe's end?
Thanks.

Yes, I have already seen that article. Error code 125 states that it is unable to reach Adobe servers. However, as I said in my initial post, other apps such as Photoshop updated fine without issue. So the machine clearly can reach Adobe servers. It is just not able to for Media Encoder. I tried again today and still get the same thing and Photoshop updated fine again.

I'm seeing the same issue where I successfully update Photoshop and Illustrator but have not been successful with Media encoder, Premier Pro or Audition. Any help on this issue is appreciated.

Actually, now it seems to have affected all of the purple colored apps. Media Encoder, Audition, After Effects, Premiere Rush and Premiere Pro. They all get the same error about being unable to contact Adobe servers. All of the other apps always update fine though.
