creative cloud packager " the remote server is not responding in a proper manner please try later.
I have been trying to creative the package for both 32 and 64 bit cloud.

This error has actually been resolved for countless people once their computer and or network is configured properly. A good starting point for possible causes on an individual computer can be found at Sign in or activation errors | CS6, CS5.5 Subscriptions, CS6 Perpetual - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-cc-installation-download.html#Download products and updates.
If your network is managed then please contact and work with your I.T. department.

Refer the kb: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/creative-cloud-packager.html giving information of the ports that needs to be whitelisted in order to download, activate CC apps.
