CCP problems for Lightroom 5 and Muse

Hi.

I have used CCP to make a Lightoom 5 package, now after installation there is some problem. It doesn´t seem like it applys the settings i do in CCP, for example, the upgrade button is active and working and so are the product registration button. For my other packages these buttons are grayed out.

First i install the Lightroom.msi, and after that i install the exception with: Install Lightroom 5 CCM.exe sv_SE [INSTALLDIR]

And Muse, i install it in this way:

1: muse.msi

2: InstallAdobeMuse.exe appId=AdobeMuse appVersion=4.1.8 appName=Muse_4_1_LS19.exe installerArg1=-silent installerArg2=-eulaAccepted installerArg3=-location installerArg4=[INSTALLDIR] installerArg5=-programMenu

When i first start the program  i must go through these steps:

Choose a language. is this intended? In CCP i choosed Swedish.

After that is must choose to sign in to a subscription or try for 30 days. This step differs from the other programs i installad, therefore i ask.

If i choose sign in, i must enter my adobe-id again. (after i did this in Acrobat i did not need to enter my adobe-id for any other application, but for this one i must)

And finally after i have entered my adobe-id and trying to sign in i get an error telling me that an unexpected error accured and that i should try again later.

And also, in Add/remove programs i get 2 programs for acrobat, muse and lightroom, is this intended? i get 1 program there when i install the main .msi, and then one more when installing the exception. see attached image.

Anything new about this?

we still have to choose language when we first start it even if i choosed during the packaging. And now when i start Muse i get a big nasty window in my face screaming at me that there is a new version of Muse. WHY? i have turned of the automatic updates in CCP. and also i cant login.

And still, lightroom dont get the config from CCP either.

im still having problem.

and also, last week i repackaged alot of apps with the new CCP version. Lightroom and Muse behaved liked earlier. The new is that Acrobat Pro doesnt work properly, it asks to be updated when i start the program even though i have disabled updates in CCP.

Is this behaviour intended?

now i repackaged all the programs again. After i installed Acrobat Pro i tried to launch it and i get a prompt saying that Adobe Application Manager is missing or is corrupted.

3 weeks have passed since i started packaging, and i still dont have my 8 apps created and deployed successfully.

i now tried to install PremierePro, and it seem to install AAM so now i could start Acrobat. But isn´t AAM supposed to come with Acrobat too?

I am having a simular issue.

First off we are not oinstalling Muse as it does not support bulk installs yet. It requires an Adobe login to use which just does not fly with our deployment setup.

As for Acrobat you have to make your own MSP file to shut off its updater. Search for a program called "Adobe Customization Wizard XI". This will let you create your own MSP file setting company and user names, shutting off the updater, disabeling the EULA, ect. Just save the MSP file and refference that new one instead of the default one you are told to use in the ExceptionInfo.txt file.

It seems that anything you set in the CCP only changes settings for the main CC install package. It changes nothing for any program that is thrown in the 'Exceptions' folder.

As for Lightroom this is the bulk of my issues. I have no idea how to shut Lightroom's updater off for all users. Nor to I know how to 'patch' Lightroom and have it not present you with language selection and SHOWING OUR SERIAL during first launch. http://forums.adobe.com/message/5709485#5709485

yea i figured i needed an MSP, but the information/documentation is worthless. When creating apps with CCP and with the same configuration as all the other apps one can believe that the same config will apply to all the apps created with CCP. How about some kind of information dialog when creating apps that doesnt take the configuration.

and what is this? why is there still an popup telling me to update muse when i have checked in the configuration that it shall not look for updates?!
