Hi, we haveour organisation's Adobe License ID Since the employee resigns his job we have disable his mail ID. Our Adobe license belongs to that mail id and we don't know that Mail's Adobe login password. How can we change it to some other mail id. Please suggest any other solution to resolve this issue.
I checked your account, and it is associated with the "SNI*******" organization. The console has 4 system admins who can access the portal. Kindly work internally with your IT team to confirm who can access the admin console and assign the product.

Without login admin account, how can we reassign to another user id. We are unable to login the admin id because that User's mail id was already removed from our AD Console.

We need to change Admin mail ID from mail from <removed-kglad> to <removed-kglad> Kindly help us to change it, As we don't have the option to log in and change it from our side.

the plan owner is an admin by default. other admins can be assigned and are not plan owners.
ie, who pays for the plan?

Both the Admin and Plan owner are the same. we purchased that license with [email removed].

Leave it other things, Do you understand our issue, Is there any possibility to change admin mail id, without admin mail access? How can i contact Adobe Helpdesk team, I can't contact then through chat.

you may have a bigger problem. what proof do you have that you should control this subscription?
i'm not trying to give you a hard time. but adobe would not allow me to claim company A's admin died/left the country and i'm now in control, make their admin. even if i'm actually an employee of company A.
that said, and you preparing to deal with that, we can flag an adobe employee here.
