Changed Enterprise ID - how to retrieve cloud documents

Hi everyone,

I changed my school email address as part of a systematic name change. At the time, I did not realize that it would affect my Adobe account, but now I know I should have downloaded and reuploaded my cloud documents. I can no longer log in with the old email address, since it has been removed from the system. Is there a way to retrieve the cloud documents, or have they been wiped?

Thanks so much.

Hello,

If you saved the cloud files under the Adobe ID then you can check "assets.adobe.com" and "documentcloud.adobe.com"  by signing in with the old account but if it was a federated ID then, unfortunately, there is no option to recover the files as these accounts are created and managed by the organization.
