Citrix Provisioning with Adobe Standard XI

Guest

We are having an issue with Adobe Standard XI. We are using Citrix Provisioning 6.1 for providing the terminal servers. We have changed the provisioning image with a fresh install of Adobe Standard XI. Everyting is working well on the server we have used for the installation. When we attache the new provisioning image to others servers, the end users experiencing a problem with the license. The users receive an error that they have to register the license. When we register Adobe at that moment the problem is solved for that day. After a scheduled reboot in the night, we see the problems the next morning because the image is read only.

Could someone point us in the right direction to eliminate de license message?

Best regards,

Richard

Can you please try disabling Registration dialog using Customization Wizard before creating the image. Customization Wizard will create a customized installer for Acrobat with Registration disabled. You can then install this customized build on the server, create the provisioning image and then attach it to other servers.
