Clear CCP user login cache (Mac)

New Here ,
Jul 14, 2015 Jul 14, 2015

We recently moved our FederatedID from dev to production, and I need to clear my login credentials/cache from the CCP.  I do a sign out and as expected the next time I launch CCP it prompts for the initial credentials and recognizes it needs to send me to our SSO portal, but it doesn't display the page for me to sign in on our side - just logs me in. I've rebooted and cleared the Safari cache, but it didn't help.  I tried launching CCP while holding down option... same results.

John,

You sign out from CCP by clicking on right top after launch.

While if you want the cache to be cleared without sign in go ahead & rename folder ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CCP to CCP.old

Try to launch CCP again and that would be on default settings.

Thanks

Mandhir
