Hello everyone,

my colleague leaves the team.

What happens to the libraries he has approved to the team? The rest of the Team is working with them.

Is there a way to download all the libraries?

Hello Moritz,

If someone leaves the Creative Cloud subscription. The assets remain live for 90 days for that user ID in case of Adobe ID's. Adobe ID has free storage of 2 GB so if there are files or assets exceeding the quota of 2 GB on the user account then some of them will be removed after 90 days and there is a chance you may lose some of the shared assets. For Enterprise and Federated ID's if the organization decides to remove the user account from Adobe console, then assets will be removed

For Enterprise and Federated ID's if the organization decides to remove the user account from Adobe console, then assets will be removed with the deletion of the account.

Suggestions:
If you have read and write access to the shared assets then you may save the assets under your account and then if you like, you can share with your team. You may create a new library and save all the shared assets and use them.
