Como eliminar un producto individual de 15 dólares en una consola.

Por error cree una consola y adquiri ilustrator pero ya lo tengo en otro plan. Como puedo eliminar el producto de la consola para equipos.

You can remove products and licenses during the renewal period only, which commences one month before your anniversary date. If you want assistance removing the product immediately, you would have to contact support, just as @kglad said.
