I am a reseller and I have been asked to change the name of a customer in the Adobe portal. How can I do this? The reseller console does not give me the option.
Please note: Team administrators can edit the Organization Name if you've purchased the teams plan directly from Adobe.
If it is from the Reseller or you have an Enterprise contract, then kindly create a support ticket from the admin console so that the request can be forwarded to the correct team.
