I am completely locked out from my adobe administrator account and can't access technical support or the administrative console. I began having problems when my IT department merged my adobe password with my company account. I can't reach anyone from adobe because I have to be signed in as administrator. My IT deparment cannot undo the password merge with my work account and they have not been much help.
