buenas tardes,
compre licenciamiento para varios productos de adobe con un partner, estas fueron por 1 año o al menos asi fue l pedidfo y lo que se pago a este partner pero solo me entregaron licencias por 6 meses, he estado tratando de solventar esto con el partner de adobe pero solo me dan largas ya a este punto despues de varios meses ya de plano no me contestan, he tratado de buscar como contactar con adobe para ver si me pueden ayudar pero no encuntro como comuncarme, soy de mexico y aqui el telefono solo da informacion y todo te redirige a la pagina web, pero en lapaginas no hay ninguna informacion com para atender esta situacion
espero alguien aqui me pueda asesorar

The first thing I"d check is if the partner you purchased from is an official Adobe partner. If not, they might have sold you either crackware or something that was supposed to be sold only to businesses. See here:
