My team has an open support request for a specific problem and the support team is requesting a copy of the document, however, that document includes confidential information. Is there a document which provides a level of confidentiality for customer provided documents related to support requests?

I would request you to get in touch with your Account Manager/Reseller to get this information/details. I believe the same has been informed by the support team as this information (like terms & conditions, confidentiality, data security, etc.) is shared by them only.
