Configuration Error Error:16

New Here ,
Feb 07, 2017 Feb 07, 2017

I have installed the Creative Cloud Production Premium suite. I am getting the Configuration Error 16, please uninstall and reinstall the product.

I have done so, under the root user.

When connecting to a Domain account, I get the error.

I am using an iMac 27 Mid 2011

Processor 3.4 Ghz

16 GB RAM

macOS Sierra

I have called Enterprise Customer Service, and they remoted in and tried to change the drive permissions of the SLStore folder and the Adobe PCD folders to the correct permissions, and it is still failing. They in turn tried to get me to use online chat support, which I lost the window, and couldn't get back in. No case number was given to me.

Please, this needs to be resolved ASAP, as this is a repeating and frustrating problem.

recontact enterprise customer service.  there's nothing that can be done in a forum that's as likely to be helpful as remote help.
