Continuing issues with adobe desktop opening to white screen.

I posted previously about this issue and it continues to pop up for different users. I do not use the CC suite as a daily user (admin only) and I have experienced the white screen if I attempt to open the desktop app. Does it occur every time I open the app, no, but often enough if I were a heavy user of the adobe suite it would effect my productivity.  Here is my Original post. Uninstalling the app with the removal tool rebooting the system and reinstalling the app works about 70% of the time.  It seems to me the app's connection to the authentication servers drops and prevents further communication. Therefore the credential request is not presented and a blank screen results. Any other tools that can be used to trace the communications between the client and adobe, including ports, protocols and ip addresses?
