Hello. I have a question. If I want to sell a graphic to a client (graphics created with Adobe applications), I will have to make a contract with the client in which I give them all the copyrights to the graphic.
. In the contract it must be mentioned that I used Adobe applications? And another question. Can the creation of graphics with artificial intelligence (Firefly) be used for commercial purposes? This must be mentioned in my contract with the client?
Thank you!

Hi @victor bodea,
Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it sounds like you're looking to understand whether graphics created with AI tools like Adobe Firefly can be used for commercial purposes, and whether this needs to be mentioned in a contract with your client.
Regarding the use of Adobe applications:
You do not need to specify in your contract that Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) were used to create your work. Adobe's standard license permits you to create and sell original content commercially, provided you are using properly licensed software. You can refer to the following documents for more details on Adobe's terms:

Adobe User Agreement
Regarding Adobe Firefly:
Yes, content generated with Adobe Firefly can be used for commercial purposes. Firefly is trained on licensed content (including Adobe Stock) and public domain data, ensuring outputs are commercially safe. For features that are no longer in beta, the outputs can be freely used in commercial projects. For features still in beta, they are generally permitted for commercial use unless otherwise stated in the product.
