Hello, I am a student and I've been given access by my university to Adobe apps due to the COVID situation. I was able to download and install Photoshop but when I try to launch it, it asks me to either start the 7-day trial or buy the app. It's like this since yesterday, I've tried signing out and signing back in, but I still can't access it. Is there any solution to this?

You should contact your admin and let them know, as there are a few issues that may cause this related to the provisioning of access and your account. Either way it's something your admin is really only able to solve by contacting Adobe.
