Jibbe, please contact your school's Creative Cloud plan administrator if you need assistance using the membership provided by them. They can use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-for-enterprise.html if they need to contact us on your behalf.

Were you able to install the Creative Cloud desktop app?

Were you able to install any of the applications through it?

What happens when you try to run an application?

Is there a message or just no response at all?

Are you signed into the Creative Cloud with the Adobe ID you created when you purchased it?

I could install the creative cloud app, but when I look in the app I can't download any applications and when I use the webversion to download the apps it works but when I open the apps there is a message that says that I need to pay but I already did that

Hmmm. These links are the usual ones recommended when you're getting the "you need to pay" message even though you already have:

in the cc app why can't you install any apps?  the only reasons would be a problem with the cc app (ie, a corrupt install) or an incompatible computer (ie, an old os).

what is your os?
