Creative cloud breaks internet connection during updating/installing apps

Hello,

 

I am having some strange issues with Creative Cloud, whenever I need to update an app or install one, the moment I hit update my internet slows down or even stops.

 

This only happens when using the adobe Creative cloud, if I stop the update/install internet works again.

I have a good internet connection, I use other softwares and have no issues, my work requires me to upload/download large files, everything works perfect, except when I have to update an Adobe app ...

It breaks internet speed and takes an incredible long time to finish this update or install.

 

I trying resolving this with live support but they didn't understand, maybe somene here experiened this kind of problem?

I am unable to find any active subscription under your account which you have used to post this issue. If you have an Enterprise or Team license then contact your internal IT team who would be able to raise a support case on your behalf and share the logs so that the technician can check the details.
