Hello,
I am having this "incorrect free space" problem, I did DELETE all the files from local disks and deleted PERMANENTLY from CCloud web site deleted folder, so I have ZERO local files, ZERO files in the web interface yet I have 47Gigs occupied on the Creative Cloud.
Is there a way to clean up this mess or at least see what is occupying the space?

Thank you for sharing the logs with us. We have investigated and found the root cause.

The files will show up under the Deleted folder in https://assets.adobe.com/deleted from where you have to delete them which will fix the issue.

Hi, thanx for an answer, however as I've already pointed out in my question I DID "deleted forever" everything from there, still 43gigs are "used" while there's still NO files on the cloud and local drive.

Hello @Blakk76 ,

To debug this further we need the User session log. To provide this please perform the below steps:

> Open a new tab in Chrome browser and visit https://assets.adobe.com?flags=log_collector
>  Login and visit the Files tab.
> After the page upload is completed, visit cloud documents.
> Press CTRL+SHIFT+L is will give a toast the logs are collected. Click on download.

Kindly share those logs so that we can investigate the issue

Please do not worry, it will not happen in the future. It was an issue in the backend which is fixed by the engineers.
