Creative Cloud Install fails with error 1603

I have been trying to install Creative Cloud (Package Created through Package Manager) and it stops with error 1603.

I have tried to create new different packages (both 32 and 64bit) but same error.

I've been trying to install to many different machines (W10 and W8.1) but same error occurs.

I have tried solutions on article Error 1603: A fatal error occurred during Adobe Creative Suite installation

also tried Creative Cloud Cleaning tool. We are using PDQ Deploy but I have also tried installing manually from .msi file and also from setup.exe file. Same result.

I've been trying to scroll through log files but cannot find a solution. I see a lot of ppl have this issue but no real solution is provided as far as I can tell.

Below log file pastes also, could it be that Microsoft Word is causing the issues? Though I have tried installation on machines without office also with same error:

UPDATE on the issue.

Looks like the installation works if you first copy the whole package to target computer and then execute installation msi locally on that computer..

It's a workaround but It'll have to suffice before real fix is found.

I was using PDQ to deploy Creative Cloud - all apps and had the same problem. Looking at the main installer log file did help. Windows: \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers

I had a fatal error code of 505 which this website https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html said to re-run in Local System context in PDQ. Works like a charm!
