Creative Cloud Install Problem

Hi,

I've got an installation problem with CC for Edu.

I've created the package and installed it successfully on another machine, but it fails to install on a specific Win 7 Pro computer.

The applicable parts of PDApp.log are below.

Install fails and rolls back. I've rebooted the machine and also tried installing under a different account.

Any idea where I should start?

Could it be the 2 backslashes in the path?

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\\CCM\Utilities\AdobeApplicationManager(URIHandler).exe

(i.e. PDApp\\CCM )

Hi fletchz ,

It is not very clear from these logs why the installation fails, can you please runLog Collector Tool and share the logs with us.
