I really have a problem with Creative Cloud on our business network. Whenever anyone tries to update a program or just signing in to Creative Cloud the entire network goes down. I'm on a fiber network and I have even tried to connect directly to the fiber-box (not through the router) and the same thing happens. We use both Macs and PCs and its the same problem for both - and only for the Creative Cloud app. Anyone experienced the same and have a solution to the problem?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hey @Creative ninja the first suggestion I would have is to check for firmware updates for the router and the box. There is no way Creative Cloud should brick your connection directly to the Fiber router.

I know its seems so unlikely, but I can replicate the problem over and over again. And it doesn't matter if I'm connected throught the router (and the switch) or if I'm connected directly to the fiber inlet box. So the firmware update is not an option because the fiber company has been here and replaced all hardware - even the fiber box.

Silly question but humor me - have you run speedtest.net on the connections to make sure you have optimal speeds? Could your provider be throttling one of the required URLs/IPs for Adobe services?

On my rather slow first home office network (40 Mbits), updating the programs does slow down the overall performance as well for other net users. When I'm at my second location, I have no trouble (80 Mbits) running different big consumers and updates concurrently. Our corporate network (of 500 users) doesn't even see any charge when 5 users do their upgrades concurrently.
