Creative Cloud Packager failing to build CS6 Package.

New Here ,
May 06, 2014 May 06, 2014

Hello I've been trying to build a CS6 Package for deployment at our school for the last few days with no success. We have a CC Enterprise license agreement. Using Creative Cloud Packager I've tried creating a package for windows x64 for CS6 and constantly get the following error at the end of the build log.

[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to find the zip file (null)

[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to unzip the update - null.

Any advice on this error would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Julian

Hi Julian,

Please try deleting the AAMUpater folder from below location and try again.

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater

Let me know if this works.

Thanks,

Ashish

HI - thanks for coming back to me

I was trying to create a package for a client (they have very limited bandwidth) – I reset the preferences and changed the location of the download folder. – downloaded the whole thing again and got the result I posted .. for the 2nd time.

After a few unsuccessful attempts my own cc install became very weird so am reluctant to do this again. My client is becoming quite unpleasant that we can’t sort out their problem …

So – I’m not sure how my client is going to get the package working(?) any suggestions?
