Creative Cloud Packager Install Location (MAC)

New Here ,
Jun 24, 2016 Jun 24, 2016

I installed CCP 1.9.3 on my iMac last year. I need to create new packages, but I can not find where the app installed. Can someone provide the location? I have OS X 10.11.5. Thanks!

Hi,

The path you are looking for is

/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/CCP

Thanks, but this didn't answer my question.

I'm looking for the path to launch CCP (i.e. /volumes/myImac/applications/ etc etc)

I am looking for the same thing and I do not have a CCP folder in the Adobe Applications Manager folder. I have a CCM folder and there is nothing to launch in there.

Hi Ed,

The folder you should be looking for is CCP and not CCM which does not seem to be on your machine. The reason for this is that you do not have the Creative Cloud Packager installed on your machine.

In order to install it, you can either download it from the Licensing Website or from your Enterprise Dashboard or the Teams admin console under the deployment option.

Thanks,

Sadly, I built the original package used to install CC on all of our machines. I need to update the package and the installer does not exist and I can not find it on line. The licensing web site is only showing me Creative Cloud 6 and earlier licensing. I am lost as to where all this is now.

Hi Ed,

Unlike CS6 installers, stand alone CC installers are not available on the Licensing website. You need the Creative Cloud Packager which should be available for you on the licensing website. In order to package the latest version of CC Apps, you should be able to do so by using the instructions in the following help article:

Adobe Creative Cloud Packager

ankising,

Although I did get Packager installed, it only generates an error every time I run it.

It downloaded and ran much faster the second time, but this is the result:
