Hi everyone. I just purchased Creative Cloud for Business, but I can't run any apps in Creative Cloud Deskop. I have a "request acces" information next to each application, even though i assigned a license in the admin panel. Even when I ask for access, it accepts it, nothing changes. Could soemone help?
open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
