Some while ago we try Creative cloud subscription for one year, after - we canceled order, but right now we want to buy/activate again new one Creative cloud for teams licence subscription.
I tried to do it online, but I cannot delete old team members and add new one – there is written about some payment issue, but my Credit card data are 100% right.
Can you help me to activate Creative cloud for teams subscription –delete old ones and I can add and edit a new team???
PS. I tried contact with you on Chat but without no success! Confusing support

The Adobe CC for Team seats needs to unassigned which can be done from Admin condole or you need to contact Adobe Support.

I cannot do anything from Admin console - when I enter it shows error message and that's it (Attached below).
Could you please forward this message to your colleagues to contact with me? It is not possible to reach them on properly way. Phone calls goes to wrong persons, and explaining everything again and again are frustrating, On-line Chat is offline, reseller cannot do anything with that and e-mail support I cannot find.
